Operational Committees
The board of directors has operational committees that function to assist the IASA in its daily operations. These committees include, but are not limited to: the Bylaws Committee, which is responsible for making recommendations to the board of directors for changes in the Bylaws, and the Budget Committee, which develops the annual budget of the IASA. The president has the authority, with board approval, to appoint special committees for specific purposes.
