As part of its continuing effort to provide assistance to school officials, the Illinois Council of School Attorneys has compiled answers to frequently asked questions regarding Referendums and the State Officials and Employee Ethics Act. Published by a Committee of the Illinois Council of School Attorneys the responses to the FAQs represent the combined wisdom of the committee members.
